This year I wrote little in my blog, mostly because FB pages "Corgi Characters" and "Oh, For the Love of God" (joint venture) absorbed a lot of time and much of my creative energy. Now 74 days into my 60th year, a year in which I promised myself I would make every day count, I am still trying to figure out what I want to see when I look back.
Three words call my name: simplicity, discipline, consistency. The first is a hunger; the other two are character traits I want to possess. So I now challenge myself to write on this site every week until I'm officially 60 -- with a spin: each post will be 150 words or less.
This will not simplify my life, but hopefully it will jump-start building more discipline and consistency into my pursuits. Just 150 words. Or less. I can do this.
